Q: the pic shows "non-locking clip' and another pic shows clips in place. Do i need to use locking clips or no?

You do not need to use the clips. That are to lock the john guest fittings so that can not come apart. The only time I would suggest using the clips is when used the pipe is on the floor or in a high use area when it could be bumped or so thing pushed against it. Also it you have extremely high water pressure. Over 90 lbs.

Q: Isn't it too heavy? Will it break 1/4 line just by hanging?

It is very heavy. It's not going to snap the 1/4" line but it will cause sagging in an unsupported run of tubing and might pull on nearby compression fittings. I have mine undersink to monitor my RO system pressure and I supported it with a piece of string. Problem solved.

Q: i got 5 gauges and 1 of them is off by 10 psi compared to the other ones .is there any way to adjust it?

if it is 10psi off at the beginning, it may damaged during transit. you cannot adjust it by yourself. but you can contact with me to get a new one.
