Hi, here are the full dimensions of this product: Head Width: 13mm, .50” Head Length: 25mm, 1” Handle Width: 5mm, .19” Handle Length: 125mm, 4.92” Overall Length: 129mm, 5.063”

Q: will they stand up to acetone?

Acetone will swell the foam. For quick dip and apply they. Should be fine.

Q: How well do they hold up to heat?

These swabs are made with foam tips. They work great for wiping down surfaces. High heat or flames will destroy the foam tips. If the temperature is, warm water about 70° to 110°, they should be OK. I feel this is a great product and i would recommend these swabs for tight cleaning projects. 😊
