Excellent for staring new seeds. I used for PAL Choi and every single seed sprouted over 40! So handy for started large quantities of plants or herbs!

I really like these trays. The base and lids, while lightweight seem sturdy enough and the disks in the lid allow for humidity adjustments. My one reservation is the size of the cells. They're very small, so dont allow for much seedling growth before they need to transplanted. The plant starts you buy from nurseries use a much larger cell which gives the seedlings room to develop, and a larger cell won't dry out as fast. Also, if you like to start plants from leaves or cuttings, like African Violets, the cells are much too small to put a leaf in and allow growth of new leaves. If the set came with larger cells, I would have no complaints.

Very cheap flimsy material. Absolutely will not hold shape if placed in direct sunlight. I have this and the smaller 6 cell count ones. I ended up throwing them away. Spend a little more the black plastic and you will have them forever.

Alla fine il kit era completo. Controllate che due coperchi trasparenti non siano incollati tra loro, perché sono molto sottili.
