The cable was good quality and at a good price, but not compatible with my Renogy 115 Watt solar panel. There were 3 issues with the cable. 1) The red clamp had to be connected to the negative of the solar panel because it is polarized and had to be connected that way. But a least the connectors fit; only in reverse. 2) The cable connectors were goruped together not allowing these connetors to fit the bulky Renogy connectors, so I had to split them apart. 3) One of the connectors had too much plastic insulation to fit into the Renogy connector. It did fit after some triming. Would have returned, but decided to use despite all the trouble. I used black and red tape to put on the clamps to help not hooking them up backwards. I did not know that my panel was not compatible with this SAE cable. Renogy should have specified what cable is compatible with their panel. I did not see any reference to their connectors. It would have been nice for this manufactrue(Lotus Power) to also list what panels their connectors are compatible with, thus 4 stars instead of 5

I cavi sono abbastanza spessi per sopportare corrente intensa come quella di una batteria per auto. I morsetti sono abbastanza robusti e si adattano bene ai poli di una batteria 12v. Personalmente, li ho utilizzati per alimentare un apparecchio per tenere lontani gli animali selvatici dal mio orto, per capirci quelli che emettono a intervalli scariche ad alto voltaggio e basso amperaggio. Ho tagliato l'adattatore e utilizzato i due cavi liberi per collegarli all'apparecchio, e uso i morsetti per collegare rapidamente la batteria dopo la ricarica. Per me molto comodi, grazie.

Se trata de un cable SAE a pinzas 14 AWG 10 A, 12-24V, 120W según descripción, ya que en los cables no aparece ninguna especificación, algo que personalmente no me gusta. En cualquier caso el cable da la impresión de ser de entre 12 y 14 AWG. En el vídeo se le ve funcionando conectando el SAE a una toma de mechero, pero OJO: La polaridad está invertida, así que yo de ti antes de utilizarlo comprobaría la polaridad con un multimetro, algo que por otra parte ha de hacerse siempre. La verdad es que las conexiones SAE son las que menos problemas dan en este sentido, ya que hay muchas con cambio de polaridad incluidas con los conectores (lo cual, por desgracia, no es el caso en este producto).

A Very well designed and made 8 metre length of 16awg copper DC electrical wire. Wire is full length red and black with attached end connectors. It comes with a pair of widgets to swap the M / F (+/-) to be able to connect power supply to a device or to connect as an extension between existing sockets/plugs. Each end has an attached cap to make it waterproof when not in use. It can be used on 12v, 24v, or higher. The higher the voltage, the smaller the wire required. I use a voltage upscaler so I can power DC equipment in the RV trailer. Highly useful for adding additional wiring in vehicles, RVs, boats, etc.
