My wife has started taking DHEA last summer. The first bottle was a different brand and didn't seem to be very effective so we decided to try Klaire labs given this manufacturers positive reputation in the supplement industry. So far, after 3 months, she seem to subjectively have more energy and a more positive mood. She has also shed a few pounds so this product appears to be the real deal. We don't have blood work to see how much her DHEA levels have changed, but she feels better so I think this stuff is working pretty well. I think the extra cost associated with getting a micronized version of DHEA is worth in the long run.

I received blood test results back and have extremely low DHEA. I am below the range by a pretty significant amount. I have only taken this for 2 days and maybe I am imagining things or a little wishful thinking, but I honestly think I am feeling pretty good. I also was low in Iodine and started taking that about a week ago, so it could be a combination of both of these things helping. I feel motivated to do things, I don't feel super tired like I usually do. My thinking seems to be clearer. I was feeling very forgetful and also would start and stop things at work and would find it hard to stay on task. I feel like I am able to stay on task more. I will update in a few weeks. But so far, so good.
