I don’t know. This is a terrible coffee grinder. It’s very messy and poorly designed.

It will depend on what you like. I would start with the finest setting. If it’s stronger than you like, go with a coarser grind.

Mine does not do that. I have it set on the finest setting.

The burr has to be locked to grind the beans.
