Fabulous. Had this 3 months. Perfect. Ignore people saying flimsy - That's wrong - when you lift the lid and it flexes at the back its by design to allow an even pressure on your toasties. Secondly a joy to clean, so easy. Best Toastie maker ever!

I bought this wanting a waffle maker and found it had the interchangeable plates, which striked my interest. My partner has kept going on about a sandwich maker for ages but never bought one as it was single use (much like the reason I hadn't bought a waffle maker until now). Anyway, it arrived very well packaged and the plates pop out nice and easy, and when slotted in, fit nice and firmly with no movement. I've tonight put the grill plates to use and highly impressed. Clean up was easy. Cooking time was much faster than when I used to grill chicken on the hob. Plates truly are non stick and just overall very pleased with it. I chose Duronic as I have their steamed which I use all the time and it's fantastic. Time will tell as I use this more frequently and use the other plates but first use has surpassed my expectations given some of the comments. Very happy

Returned as toaster has terrible performance It has the same issue as all of these toasters do, the cheese leaks out into the hinges and eventually goes mouldy as its impossible to clean but more importantly, it doesn't toast, after 20 minutes all I got was a soggy wet hot sandwich

Great intermediate toaster machine. Bit smaller than what I thought and it takes a bit longer to toast but it works well. Item was received in good order with no damages.

This product is very easy to use ...makes delicious snacks in no time at all ...is very easy to clean and was very good value for money , I definitely recommend this snacks maker .

So happy with this 3 in 1, I have used it for waffles and toasties on the proper accompanying plates provided. Not tried the grill plates yet so can't say how well they work, but if they live up to the other two sets I wouldnt be surprised if they are wonderful. Plates easy to click in and out to swap, also due to this feature cleaning them is sooo much easier than previous machines I have used with fixed plates. Heat up time is just a minute or two also. Definitely a good buy for me.
