This foam roller is an effective tool for targeting muscle soreness and improving recovery. Its 30 x 15 cm size makes it compact enough to focus on specific areas like the calves, glutes, or upper back, while still being sturdy enough for a full-body deep tissue massage.

To get an actual feel and results of using the product, you would need more time, however Bodylastics is asking for a review within 15 days of use. I understand many customers may not write reviews of the products they buy, however this is not the way to go about it. The product seems to be sturdy, not sure about durability; hence haven't given a proper rating on the durability of the product. Try to get it at a cheaper rate if possible.

Easy to use in my daily exercise. Foam durability and quality are good.

The product is good. Slightly on the softer side (firm enough), recommended for beginners. I happened to use a harder roller before. Maybe that's why I feel this one's a bit soft. Also, it's very light thus might deform if someone heavier(80kgs+) uses it. I'm around 70kgs and I mainly use it for my legs and it feels like it's gonna deform if I add a little more pressure than usual. All in all a satisfactory product. But could've been sold at a lesser price as it's definitely not worth 600. May be 350 to 450.
