Great cold brew
Makes great cold brew. Once we figured it out it’s quite easy to use. Bought as a gift and will save lots of money over buying ready to drink cold brews. Has a nice clean taste to it

5 star product & service
Not only is this the best cold brew product I have ever purchased, the customer service exceeded my expectations. Bought as a Christmas gift, used once, and the product malfunctioned. Without hesitation, they got back to my message in a day and sent me a new one!

3 years and still going
Reviewing after 3 years of use. This cold brew machine is a beast. It has been run every 3-4 days or so for 3 years and is still running like new. I run this machine 2x on bold to make a richer brew I then water down to stretch a Karaffe out to 3-4 days of coffee. It’s quiet, easy to clean, and works as advertised.

Nice cold brew pot ...
Update... The motor finally broke. I could hear it and I did try to clean out everything to allow flow. Nope, it is broken. I cannot say I used it alot. In fact I only used it three or four times a month. I definitely followed directions. So I did have a professional electrician look and test. I watched him take it apart easily. Very sad. I though it was tiny grains getting stuck. The motor itself could not pump. what I heard was the motor. It just did not move. It made hum only. It tried to work. It just wasn't pumping like how it should have. When I first purchased... When I first viewed this cold brew pot, the thing that attracted me is the easy of use in making cold brew rather than doing the refrigerator thing. I use to put coffee grounds in a container with filtered water and close it up, shake it, then put it in the fridge. After 24 hours you get a cold brew. I would then strain it into another container where I could keep in the fridge for me to drink over a period of time. The one thing I hated was waiting. This little machine does the trick, until you place tiny grinds inside, which it tells you to avoid doing in the manual. If you grind your own beans and then start spooning in the grinds, you may get small particles that get stuck in the filter (blocks your filter screen). Whether I use grounds or make my own, I have to strain it to get small particles out so I can put into the filter. This allows for good water flow. So I make an extra bold brew with just tap water, as instructions say to do. It really does taste like what would take 24 hrs. I don't like make it sit like my friends do as it does not make the taste any better. So, you get a lot of the bitterness from the roast, so be careful in choosing your roast level, and the richness of the coffee bean flavor. It is not give the bite of an acidic coffee, which is the purpose of cold brew. This is not like what you get from other smooth coffees I've tried in the past, rather, it is much more shocking in flavor than the smoother ones. I suppose you'd have to get the same bean and roast as what you want to compare it to. Overall, this is still smoother than a regular cup of ground coffee. The balance of cream and sugar is arguable, but for the sake of mentioning it here, I would say the cream and sugar makes the flavor stand out in richness, like a milk chocolate candy. If you drink it black, it is dark chocolate like with the right roast. Choose a flavor of roast you like and compare with a regular cup of that same roast. I did so with Yuban and a strong decaf. Both had mixed results but I have to admit that the consistency is/was the richness of the roast I chose. The acid levels/smoothness/mix with cream/mix with sugar/mix with sugar and cream, the only thing that spoke out to me is that richness. If you do a light brew, you may as well drink black tea. Also, as a big warning, use the freshest roast you can and grind it only before you brew. Keep your beans air tight and in a dark bag. Do not freeze. Your coffee will come out more consistent in flavor every time. The older your beans, talking about 1 to 2 weeks old, you will start noticing a flavor difference and the smell won't be as strong. In fact if kept wrong, you will get more of a mushroom smell meaning the fungus is settling in on the beans.

Cold brew, in 20 minutes? I doubt(ed) it. I was wrong
Been meaning to post this sooner, but I got to busy using and loving it. I love cold brew coffee and have always been willing to do the 12-24 hour preparation. When I saw this, claiming to make a legitimate, quality cold brew coffee in 20 minutes or so, I was at best doubtful. Considering how much I'd spent on other systems, along with their required accessories, and the extreme amount of money at that coffee place with Siren, not Mermaid, on its cups. What did I have to lose? Turns out , I get to lose those trips to that place and make my own coffee at home. This machine is amazing and makes some of the best cold brew I've tasted and does it in 20 minutes. Another feature I love, although it adds 12-24 hours is to prepare a batch on the Extreme setting. 25 minutes to brew and then into the refrigerator. Probably what I love the most is I can use any of my coffees (I'll go from regular to different flavors - like peppermint mocha year round) and can make a pot of it cold I've tried similar competing devices, but keep coming back to Vinci

Pump consistently fails
I've now had two of these machines and the pump has failed both times. The first time I figured "well, it lasted about a year and I do tend to use it a lot". It's still kind of a short run for appliances, but I also didn't want to go through the warranty hassle. This second one has died only 4 months after and the exact same way. I made sure to closely follow the cleaning and maintenence instructions, too. At this point, it seems clear it's a bad design not a random defect.

Need to order extra covers for inside container that holds the coffee grounds
This product is the easiest way to make ice coffee. I would strongly recommend it to everyone. I have only one complaint I would like to purchase extra covers for the inside that holds the coffee grounds. If there is a way for me to order the covers I would really appreciate it. Thank you. Easy to use!
This cold brew maker is easy to use, makes a pitcher of cold brew in about 5 minutes, and last about a week in the fridge- depending on how fast you drink it! The brewing options allow for a perfect strength. Easy to clean and store. Glass bottom has a silicone lining helping it not slip off the counter or break. It holds a few cups of coffee and tastes great.

This is super easy to use, but the result no matter how you make it is super weak coffee. No work around. I was disappointed but if you like light coffee this is a good product as its very easy to use and clean. I personally don't believe it was a good value for the money spend.

Like many others, I have been making my cold brew by stewing it over night. Which is great, but if you have guests, or are on a coffee bender, then you quickly drink it all, and have to drop back to making coffee the regular way. I spotted the Vinci though, and thought it was a great way to fill the gap. All the lovely cold brew taste, but in minutes, not hours. I've used it a handful of times now, and the coffee that it makes is genuinely great. No problems there. But the design of the machine means that prepping then cleaning up is a horrible messy process. Coffee, water and grounds everywhere. And the convenience of the quick brew, just doesn't offset the cleaning grief. I'll be going back to the regular cold brew pot. Edit: I used it probably a dozen times before mothballing it. And today, a few months later, I fancied an espresso martini, so dug it out to try. And it was broken (motor running, nothing pumped). Not great.
