We have been using this for over a year and found it to be very reliable posessing some great features that the average adhaan clocks cannot match. For example getting notifications from the mosque of important announcements! There is potential to include more features in the future, especially if used in conjunction with Masjidal.s Athan+ mobile app! The tablet was very easy to set up and it was up and running in less than 5 minutes. Found my local mosque on it and I was soon getting the sounds of the Adhaan around the house. Although it did develop a fault, I think due to the cheap chinese power supply, Masjidal responded promptly in answering my queries and helping me get things resolved to my satisfaction. I cannot thank them enough, other companies should watch and learn! Yes, it is a bit pricey but worth it, especially when the local mosque has also signed up to the service when you can derive the maximum benefits from this. Definitely recommend this to anyone, and I would encourage your mosque to sign up if they haven't already done so.

Contacted the company but they are based in America! So they want me to send it over with me footing the cost for sending it there and once they know what’s wrong then I have to pay to get it fixed and sent back to me. Literally two weeks out of guarantee. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This is a good product no doubt so good for the family but at the price you pay it should last longer than a year. Still thinking of buying it again but I’m not sure as can’t go through this again. I’m sorry this has been a long review. I am updating this review as I have been in contact with customer service and they have sent me a new one. I am very happy with their service.

An amazing device I’m so happy that I bought it. Love hearing the medina Adhan play throughout my house and the extra features like streaming Makkah and the amazing list of short stories, series and adkhars are great!

I was sent a new plug for it and it worked perfectly but after another stopped working. Contacted the company o. Numerous occasions to finally arrange a troubleshooting call as they are based in America! Decent item, does not disappoint. As expected and much more. Only 2 gripes would be that my local masjid doesn't use the program you need to sync. And the price: I don't know if it's justifiable. The unit itself is good but not greatest quality id expect for the price. The stand at the back should really be able to angle rather than just stick out. Basically a cheap tablet with really good software.

Mas sha Allah - My family LOVE this product! It not only gives us the adhan but my 10 year old daughter loves having the stories of the prophets (peace be upon them) at her fingertips. I’ve seen a few reviews below about the device malfunctioning and not lasting long. After 3 years of use my one was not loading after switching on, and the prayer times weren’t accurately syncing either but just as I was about to throw it out and buy another one (that’s how much we love it) I decided to call their customer service and a representative walked me through resolving the problems. It didn’t take long at all and the device is now working well again. I’m very glad I phoned them and recommend that anyone else having any issues with their masjidal frame does the same.

Love the device. Plays azaan promptly with lot of extra features. Relevant material regarding ramadan dhul hajj and moharram keeps popping up which keeps us up todate with Islam. The negative point is that it is not very sturdy and cheaply made. First stopped working without charger plugged in. Then stopped working altogether. The wall mount was out of stock otherwise it could have been kept safe on the wall. Would definitely pay more for a long lasting version.

your device are the best investment ever I paid for. it’s amazing and very helpful. my kids start to hear Azan at home 5 times a day ! they are even interested to read the verses and Hadith or quotation the device provides. thank you very much again . what is completely appreciated is the support after purchasing is the best ever to follow through abs be sure that everything is working perfectly. I love this device so much! It was definitely worth the investment. I know there are cheaper options but the interface is just so much easier to work with and I was able to link it to our local masjid. The customer support is also pretty quick if you do want to check if your masjid is listed and the couple times that it went out of sync customer support helped fix the problem. It’s pretty loud depending on how big or how many floors your house is. The floor that it’s on you can hear it very clearly. From the second floor, I can still hear it but only when it’s on maximum volume. There’s also other features on the device and it has a lovely quote/reminder on the screen along with the prayer timings for the day. I haven’t had any issues so far and it’s been about a year. As long as it stays the way it is, it’s definitely worth the purchase!

This Azan device is wonderful! It’s very accurate and easy to set up. I especially like the schedule option for playing Quran and Azkar, it adds so much benefit to daily life. The prayer check feature is excellent for encouraging kids to pray. We’ve had it for 8 months now and it still works perfectly. It’s truly a must-have for every Muslim household and absolutely worth the price.

My family loves this clock MashaAllah. It’s very user friendly, the audio is clear, and the display is beautiful! My only issue is that the screen was not completely flat when I received it. There was a bit of a bump on the bottom of the screen so I was worried it would cause issues. Alhamdullilah it hasn’t so far, but I’ll update if anything changes. So far one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!
