Q: Is this adhesive permanent?

It can probably be removed with an adhesive remover.

Q: Is this the real #6061? i have received the wrong item twice and had to return them.

We did receive the item as pictured and it works fine.

Q: does this hold up to heat/humidity?

Holds up very well for use in the house, and some of my lables out in the garage are still on. I would recommend the product

Q: Any left handed crafters using this tape dispenser? Ive had a hard time with some of the other tape dispensers

I am left handed and actually use it with both my left and right hand. I always have it stocked. Great product.
