Destiny Fan.
I already owned the Destiny collection up to the Taken King. I shopped around to see if I could get the Rise of Iron add on by itself but couldn't find it anywhere so decided to take the plunge and buy this one. The main reason being the price. It's the cheapest option by far that I could find. But if you are new to Destiny or want to upgrade then I would not hesitate in recommending this package. The price is unbeatable.so what do you get? You get a cd which once inserted will recognise what parts of the game you already own and Only download what you don't have. There is a code for rise of iron. Just Insert disc, onscreen instructions prompt the code to be input, download took but a few minutes and I was good to go.For anyone worried about messing up their existing game don't be. It really is that simple. For new players to Destiny be aware that this game is addictive. Very addictive. But be patient downloading for the first time it can take hours.Update 9.1.17. At the time I purchased this it was selling for £24. But if your new to destiny then the overall bundle is still worth it.

The complete collection – or a ticket to Year 3 for veterans
This game ate up my time like no other over the last few years. The story has been expanded and improved on with expansion missions and areas since it came out – provided you pay for the DLC of course – and the overall experience has definitely improved in my opinion. There are solid cooperative and PVP modes and plenty of tasks and rewards for single play. The game still relies heavily on grinding once the story based missions are over, but Bungie have come up with more and more ways for you to get rewards for doing so.I have to say that Year 2 of Destiny was the best for me – the Taken King expansion introduced the Dreadnaught area, new enemies and made patrolling a lot more fun. In my opinion it saved the franchise for me, and I will be buying Destiny 2 off the back of it. I'd heard indifferent reviews from friends about Year 3's Rise of Iron and only recently decided to come back to Destiny and play it. Unfortunately, after The Taken King, it was an anticlimax for me. The story missions are fun whilst they last, with glimpses of innovation even, but are shockingly small in number – moving very quickly on to story progression through patrolling, meaning there is never any real feel of a satisfying end to the game before Destiny 2 comes. There are some must-play highlights outside of the story missions and strikes, such as the Archon's Forge public event (which is similar to the Dreadnaught's Court of Oryx), but after the excellent new enemies and setting of Taken King, the enemies and setting of Rise of Iron feel uninspired and recycled, even if that isn't the designers' intention. Also, be aware that there are garish micro transaction stations all over the three social paces now. I know that gets some people's backs up, especially when you can't get the same rewards through all the endless grinding and resource collection you do whilst patrolling. It's just a sad sign of the times that Bungie feel the need to do this. I'm a Day 1 customer who has paid a lot of money in total for the game and all its expansions, so why am I left with the feeling that Bungie still look at me as a cash cow? That aside, this is a great game even with its flaws, and if you're new to the game, it's never been a better time to buy and play it.But if you stopped playing after finishing The Taken King and are thinking of coming back for a while before Destiny 2 comes, you may need to lower your expectations a bit, for the Plaguelands are definitely no Dreadnaught.

Avoid like the plague
Addictive and fun then you realise you've wasted your life on one of the worst and most poorly conceived games ever made.Filled with a mountain of things wrong that any tester with half a brain could have found in a day of playing. The biggest problem of all is that certain aspects require you to play with others and those aspects always have the best loot.If you value your life and don't want to support a greedy one trick pony company avoid this plaguee of a game
