Overall good product only the volume could have been louder.

Very worst Brand which I purchase, My device was not working and reach the customer care they said need to reach supplier and distributes, they don’t have proper response. Better to avoid purchase this Brand (Norwood). Money is not a mater but they should take the product responsibility.

I can change the volume and change the melody using 2 buttons on the receiver, but I can't do anything with transmitter... It's blue LED glows when pressed that's all.. no chime, nothing..I really regret buying this product....

Within 3 months the bell stopped ringing even after changing batteries

Received on Dec 25th. Stopped working even before completing a month.
