Great spares for Nikon
Great buy. Needed spare batteries for my camera and these did exactly that. Easy to use easy to charge and holds a charge very well. Definitely recommended for the Nikon Cameras if you're just looking to have spare batteries so you don't have to put the camera down.

Can't Tell the Difference Between the BM and Nikon Batteries
I've been using these in a Nikon Z8 for about a year. Purchased soon after they were said to work with the Z8. Not only to they work, but I can never tell if I have a Nikon or BM battery in the camera. The Z8 is power hungry so I keep several extra batteries with me when shooting.I have recharge them dozens of times with no noticeable difference.

Not compatable with Z6iii
These do not work in my new Z6iii camera. They do work in my D800, D750 and D850. The Z6iii has the latest firmware update (ver1.02) so I'm not sure what the issue is. The Z6iii wasn't listed so I made an assumption on compatability. I tried calling the mfg's support number and no one was there at that moment. I'll try again later but meanwhile I'm returning these. I don't want specific batteries for any of my cameras.Update: Did speak with someone at Big Mikes and learned that these are in fact not compatable with the Z6iii. So my fault for assuming. He said they will have Z6iii compatable batteries in two to four weeks. They were helpfull.

Worked with Zf
I have no idea how long these batteries will last, nor how many shots I'll get out of them. If there's a problem, I'll repost. I just got a Zf camera and other "generic" batteries got me a warning from the camera that the battery could not communicate with the camera. (Nikon does this every time they put out a new camera) One part of the ad on Amazon said they worked with Zf, and another part didn't mention Zf. One reviewer said they worked, so I took the dive. I just loaded them in, and they worked fine.At $37 for a two-pack, versus $49 for the Nikon single battery, I'm satisfied

The latest version of these BM batteries work in Nikon's Z8. Older versions do not.
I used these batteries in my Nikon Z7II and they worked as well as Nikon's OEM batteries. However, they did not work in my Nikon Z8. There is a support phone number printed on the battery's label (you can see the number in the photographs of the battery) and I decided to call it. A person actually picked up the phone and when I told him these batteries did not work in my Z8, he explained that Nikon added or changed a chip to the batteries and only BM's newest version would work in the Z8. So, I placed the order through Amazon and chose Big Mike's Electronics as the supplier and selected the option to have the batteries shipped from Big Mike's Electronics, not Amazon fulfillment. Big Mike's Electronics batteries are the latest version. I can verify that the new batteries do indeed work with the Nikin Z8. You must make sure you are getting the newest version. If you have any questions about how to make sure you are getting the newest version, call the support number on the label.

Works well with my Nikon Z8/NOT compatible Nikon Z6iii.
Bought these originally for use on my Z8. The batteries operated fine as expected and held charge almost as good as OEM battery. Don't know exact charge time to 100%; two or three hours plus, maybe?Just got a new Z6iii and the camera immediately indicated that these batteries were incompatible.

Does Not Work With Nikon D850!
I recently purchased a new Nikon D850 and purchased these batteries since they had a pretty good customer rating and the price point was good. I charged the batteries and used them on a test photoshoot for my new D850. As I was wrapping up I noticed that the camera was seemingly getting stuck with the mirror up when I tried to snap a photo. Also the red memory card access light kept flashing each time I tried to take a photo. Then nothing worked. I thought my new camera was broken. When I got home I checked the second battery in the package and it too had problems. The camera worked but there was no indication that the battery was installed in the battery status menu. I realized the problem was the battery. I put the Nikon battery the camera and everything worked perfectly.Bottom Line: Sometimes you can buy a non-OEM item and they work well and other times they do not. This was the later. Conclusion: Although the description for these batteries say they are compatible with the Nikon D850, I would not recommend them for the D850 camera. Nikon batteries will almost certainly work with appropriate Nikon cameras but are generally more expensive. Other non-OEM batteries may work well with the Nikon D850 but you'll need to decide for yourself.
