Q: Should there be continuity when checking the wire connectors on the one side of the balun to the sma plug? i have no continuity thru the balun.

No continuity. This device is RF sensitive so won’t show anything. Be sure the ground wire is on the right side with the sma pointing forward.mine works fine on random wire 75ft long.

the ground is on the right side of the green terminals. if you lay it flat with the words up the terminal at the top of the letters is ground

When looking at the Balun One Nine logo with the green connector pointing to the left, the bottom terminal is ground. Thank you for your interest!
