Great during pregnancy not sure how much more beneficial of taking this was but was helpful, felt relaxing with favorable taste.

Such a fan of this tea! I really have never been a tea person and don’t really like the taste outside of sweetened ice tea. I used this leading up to my labor which I feel was helpful since I progressed well however my biggest up would be to continue drinking it postpartum for at least 2 weeks. I did and my uterus shrunk so quickly!! I was blown away at how fast I was able to get back to pre pregnancy weight and like to credit it to the tea. It has a cozy taste. I would have usually only one cup a day.

Las cajas llegaron intactas. El té tiene un sabor muy herbal parecido al té verde. Lo estoy consumiendo durante mi embarazo por los efectos que tiene para el utero y demás.

Bendito y maravilloso té, lo tomé las últimas semanas del embarazo 1 taza diaria primera semana, 2 la siguiente y así hasta llegar a 4 diarias, tuve un maravilloso parto después de cesárea 97% sin dolor y el poco dolor que tuve era como de menstruación fuerte, llegué a las 40 semanas y 4 días, fui a monitoreo de rutina y nos dimos cuenta que tenía 8 cm de dilatación y unas horas después ya tenía a mi bebé en brazos, totalmente natural sin anestesia ni analgesia y disfrutando de las contracciones, caminando y hasta bailando. Durante el embarazo también comí 6 datiles diarios, hice ejercicios laxmi diariamente desde la semana 27 y yoga al menos 2 veces por semana a veces diario, masaje perineal diario desde la 37, meditación hipnoparto positivo y tome curso prenatal.
