Not sure what you’re asking… 1) the packing of it was great it was not crushed or melted when it arrived 2) I kept it out of refrigerator most of the time while I shared it at work but when I would eat one I put it in refrigerator first then ate it after lunch time. Hope it answers your question

I'm only a consumer, but these ingredients are in most inexpensive candy. There are some premium offerings out there that conform to your requirements, but you would need to research. I rather enjoyed these Duos!

Q: Did anyone receive a cool pack with their shipment?

Yes, but the gel pack burst at some point during shipping and the foam was full of melted gel. Luckily the product itself wasn't melted and only one side of the box got gel leaked into the plastic bag wrapped around the product. Aside from that, my bigger gripe is that they are dated best by 01/2022 - seems a little old for 'Halloween Candy'. What dates did anyone else get?
