absolutely worth the money
Starts very easily, runs with good power for tilling, blades work very well, the retainer clips are strong and don't pop off while using, the blades come off easily for taking out twisted on roots, and washing off dirt , then a spritz of wd-40 to keep rust off in storage between uses. The tiller is very thifty on fuel and can use for well over an hour on 1 fill. I was surprised at how quiet it is compare to my old tiller and much quiter than push mower. The only issue i found with tiller is the wheels are too close together and tips over constantly if you try rolling around like from garden to garage. so i end up carrying it back and forth and a little annoying

works great !!
It was easy to put together all bold and fitting went on tight, been using it for awhile now. i had to put a new carb on it, but they sent me another one for free and was easily put on. rememebr to prim 6 or 7 times and use a full tank of gas, the first time. i didnt realise the seal was on the inside of the cap, might have messed up the prime button. but a very good product. i had my other one for 6 years customer service said! i ended up using it so much in my garden that it burn the piston ring off....

Didn't work properly out of the box but Ardisam made it right.
It looked tiny when I first opened the box but it turned out the be the perfect size to get around in our flower beds and light enough to carry around. It ran much slower than expected but it got the job done. One time while tilling, it suddenly stopped and I couldn’t get it going again. Worked with tech support who ultimately had me take it to an authorized repair shop. Although it only had about 10 hours of run time, they cleaned the carburetor (apparently the spray carb cleaner I tried didn’t work) and it now runs at a MUCH faster RPM and sounds better. They thought it might have been sitting in a box for a long time before I bought it so things might have gotten gunked up. Although the place I took it to was an authorized repair shop, they didn’t work through the warranty process and charged me. I contacted Ardisam who was very helpful and is in the process of reimbursing me. The cultivator turned out to be a fantastic way to dig a small trench for low voltage wiring - I just took off 3 of the 4 tines. I’d like to suggest larger, clearer labeling of Choke/Run, On/Off which is tiny black lettering imprinted on the black plastic. Obviously it vibrates a lot so I lost a screw to the handle but I happened to have one that fit so I recommend using Loctite on handle screws. Overall I’m very pleased with our purchase.

Quit running
This was great at first. Started really easy and ran good. Had it for 2 years now. I want to preface this by saying I have quite a lot of gas engine power equipment so I know how to take care of them. I always use fuel stabilizer and don't have any problems until now. We've used this tiller/cultivator maybe half a dozen times. Went to start it up and fuel isn't going through the lines and will on prime. The gasket on the fuel tank that the lines run through has cracked and is leaking. Contacted the seller and they said they don't cover any fuel related problems but to send them the model and serial numbers and he would check. I did that and heard nothing back from them. Just wanted to let everyone know they will not stand behind the "5 year warranty" they tout. I did a three star review after about a month of using it. I gave it three stars because even when it runs it's kind of too light weight to dig into the soil unless the soil is already kind of loose. So now y'all have a two year longevity update. The update is that it has no longevity. Waste of money!

This little cultivator is amazing. I have used mine, hard, for many years. This one was for my son.
I have been using one of these little cultivators for years. I bought this one for my son in TN. It is my favorite tool, and after he used it for the 1st time, it is pretty high on his list too. I have used mine in the garden, leveling ground, in the flower beds, and much more. I am Always Amazed at how much these little cultivators can do. Mine has been a workhorse, and I expect his will prove to be the same.

Great performer, but
I'm 74 years old, and needed a tiller easy to start and easy to use. It is easy and great to use. Not too easy to start - too much pulling on starter road. It a great tiller. Very unique! The till must be tilted on it gas tax to gingerly get to the oil fill cap and get it out and back in. Not easy, Manual and actual oil level need clarification my manufacturers. Not as easy to start as expected. It does perform outstandingly once I get it started and in the garden. I do like the way it handles - tills. Phone call to customer service was great, but the email response to my questions was too standard, off the shelf answers, not really addressing my questions. These are the facts.

One Year with MC440
I have now owned my Earthquake MC440 tiller for one year and have only good things to say about it. I've owned a number of small cultivators that were all 2 stroke and without a doubt the torque of this machine is far superior. I have a very small area for plants but it's too large for an old guy to use a shovel and fork so I use this to prepare all my garden areas. It has worked very well and performed better than I expected. I read a number of reviews prior to my purchase and a common theme seemed to be the tiller was hard to start especially when it had been stored for a while. When not in use I always keep it laying down as suggested in the owner's manual and it has always started with 2-4 pulls on the rope. Last fall when I put it away for the winter I drained the fuel tank and ran the carburetor dry. This spring I pulled it out and refilled the tank and gas immediate began leaking at a pretty good rate. It seems the flange that the fuel lines run through had shrunk and the fuel lines became brittle so if the gas level was near the level of the flange gas would leak out. Even with this issue the engine started with 3 pulls. I called customer service and explained the situation and they sent me a new fuel line assembly at no charge. I put it back together tonight, filled the tank and started it up with 3 pulls. I'm very impressed with how well everything has worked, so I feel a five star rating is justified.

Bueno pero sufro porque se le arranca piedras qué se encuentra en la cama de la hortaliza y se trava, no se si tengan otro que tenga más espacio con la tolva para que no se atoren las piedras

What a great little machine ,works great good for small to medium gardens ,I used it this weekend to dig and till a 10x10 foot area with out a problem. I like that it is a 4 cycle engine too (so no mixing of oil and gas)

Pull cord broke after using it only ten times, finding parts to repair the pull assembly has been frustrating and the manufacturer itself has yet to respond. After pulling this machine apart in an attempt to fix the issue I realized that This is a poorly made product using the cheapest components available, even the screws are of a low quality grade metal and immediately stripped. If you are looking to buy this tiller run.... Now looking for a more costly Honda tiller the extra 300$ will be well worth it to me.
