Q: Are those dimensions correct? Is it 28 inches high ?

I have the Intex PremAire II Elevated Queen Airbed. The box the airbed arrived in was approximately the listed Product Dimensions 16"L x 12"W x 28"T. The inflated airbed is 80" long x 60" wide x 18-19" tall.

Q: Is it really 28 in ive had 9 back surgeries i hate to waste time sending this back i need to sit high when getting up not close to the floor

My box that it came in says 18" so I don't know where you see 28" and it is 18" It does sit high off the ground. I do have mine sitting on a box spring and frame that adds another 16" to the 18" air mattress. You should have it sitting off the ground because it will get really cold when it's sitting right on top of your floor in the winter. Hope that helps.

The height is about right and I don't feel awkward getting out of bed but I am only 5' tall. I ordered the first one and it had a leak and returned it. I ordered another one and now after 4 months I have a slow leak.
