Super Digestaway

I was in need of a digestive enzyme or supplement. The one I was taking was great but just too expensive. I came across this one. And solaray is an amazing brand that's been around for years and has other high quality supplements. The bottle does say take before you eat which is kind of a pain in the butt but I've been taking this for a while now and if you take it during the meal or even after or works just as good. It's easy to swallow. I've even opened up the capsules and put them in water or my smoothie. Does a great job of getting rid of digestive bloating, stomach pain and just improving all over digestion. I particularly like this one because of the variety of ingredients. Many of digestive enzymes just have one main ingredient. This one is combining several for just heavy hitting. And with 180 capsules inside for the price it's 100% worth it. Okay I travel with these everywhere I go. As with any supplement just make sure you're always staying fully hydrated to help for maximum absorption but also improve digestion.

This is an absolutely wonderful formula and has helped quite a bit with all aspects of digestion, including gallbladder issues with the addition of a little bile. I've used other bile supplements before, and they simply were too high of a dose for me while this one contains the little 'nudge' that my sensitive system seems to need. Bravo!

I had my Gaul bladder removed 12 years ago. I have been dealing with digestion and IBS issues ever since and it has been getting worse ever since. I tried another Digestive enzyme but the probiotics bothered my stomach and I did not see much of a change. So I tried this because it seemed to have a lot of natural ingredients. This stuff is a game changer.... within the first couple times taking it, I noticed.... Not only has my IBS quieted down, I also feel like I am not sick every time I eat something slightly fatty. At first I thought it made me constipated, but after a day, I realized it was just my digestive system normalizing again after 12 years. Another positive... I feel full quicker and more often, which before taking this, felt impossible most days. Now I just have to remember to take it. LOL Day by day it is getting easier.

This is my first time trying Solray Super Digestaway. I have used several brands of digestive enzymes and gut support over the years. This one is reasonable proved and has great ingredients." I was down to about 115 pounds. I could barely eat, because I would throw up every time and i had horrible stomach problems. Anyway, if you have G.I. issues, please give this a try. I wish I could articulate how this affected my life. My normal weight is 170 pounds. Like I said I was down to 115. My entire family thought I was doing drugs or something. I wish I could find the inventor of Super Digestaway, give them a hug, and tell them they saved my life. That might sound nuts, but when you can't eat, or keep food down, life gets a lot less enjoyable. When you are half your appropriate body weight, life sucks. I just cannot articulate the degree to which this saved me. This and a probiotic. Changed my life.
