Highly recommended!
This is a review of the G923. I’ve attached mine to a Playseat Challenge X and used it to play F1 2023 and Gran Turismo 7 on the PlayStation 5. I’ve had this for about 3 months. This is my first steering wheel and pedal set in about 20 years. It works just as expected and I cannot fault it. Points to note for prospective buyers: - The brake pedal is harder to depress than the clutch or accelerator, but it’s fine, even my pre-teen niece and nephew can use it. - I do find the pedals a little close together, but since I don’t use the clutch (yet) it’s not an issue. There is another wide pedal (available to purchase separately) that can be attached to replace the brake and clutch pedal but I’ve not tried it. The pedals seem quite solid, thankfully, and attached to the frame of my Playseat, it does not slide. - The force feedback can be a little noisy and a little aggressive, but it depends on the games’ track and surface (and how much one crashes in game!). - The power and USB-A cables cannot be untethered from the steering wheel, so I’ve bought extension cables to avoid having to sit close to the PS5/TV and to conceal the cables somewhat. The 5m USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 cable I bought works without any issue. I’ve also bought cable tidy wraps to make it a little tidier. I think it would’ve been a tidier implementation if the power and data cables ran from the pedals to the PS5/power outlet. Also, it’s USB-A not USB-C. There’s no wireless connectivity (I guess that would introduce risk of lag). - the buttons and paddles are all decent quality plastics, and function adequately. - I would have preferred the mounting screws to be a little easier to grip, but it’s minor. - It was easy to setup and connect, I probably asked Google for some PS5 setup help, but I barely remember now. - It’s a healthy, sturdy size and weight, and remains permanently fixed to the Playseat which can be folded away with it still affixed. - Not cheap, but not as expensive as other wheels. I’d highly recommend.

Solid ETS2 wheel for sensible money
Bought to replace a G920 Xbox edition that was starting to get a bit grindy and sloppy. I opted for the Playstation version as it has more buttons and doesn't have the brightly coloured buttons of the xbox version, meaning a sleaker and cleaner look. The differences over the G920 are surprising, the leather (it is real leather btw) feels nicer and isn't as badly stitched. The steering feel is drastically improved, I use mine to play Euro Truck Simulator 2 and it's perfect, the wheel simulates the strength of the PAS (Power Assisted Steering) really well (I use an older truck, the RJL Scania T 4 series) with a good amount and strength to the centering spring strength. The amount of button is ideal too, wipers, retarder, trip com, even radio have been assigned and I can basically do everything I need with the keyboard (not EVERYTHING, but a lot of the nessessary stuff). The pedal are slightly different too, especially the brake pedal it has better feel to it now, the G920 had really numb but somehow sloppy feel. For a budget wheel, it actually really good. A couple hundred more and you can that Hori truck control wheel, but the build quality is horrendous on it and the drivers are REALLY bad as is the warrenty. Direct drive is a waste of money as that is for sim RACING not truck sim'ing. All in all the G923 is a very solid option for someone looking for a well made, competent, easy to use wheel for both casual racing and sim use on the three main platforms - Playstation, PC and xbox - Although avoid the xbox version as support is likely to limited as Xbox is basically going under, good job Phil!

Logitech G293 steering wheel
Great, responsive steering wheel. Made out of sturdy, durable material so very optimistic about its longevity. Ps5 compatible. Easy to set up - plug and play. Very satisfied. Excellent for simulation racing.

A great mid-range wheel
The G923 is a great "budget" wheel. I paid £283 for mine. I haven't owned a steering wheel since the XP days, and recently got interested in American Truck Simulator, so I wasn't overly fussed about direct drive, but wanted to avoid belts as that was what my last wheel was. The look, and feel of the product are nice. Despite being made mostly of plastic, it doesn't feel "plasticky". The wheel has a good range of controls, with lots of buttons to use but some are not in the most convenient locations, and will require to move your hands significantly from a normal driving position, but this isn't a deal breaker at all, just a little bit of a nuisance. As you may have read elsewhere, the one downside to this is the gear mechanism for the force feedback. It can be very noisy. When driving normally on the road its not really that noticeable. It's only when you rumble over dirt or rock, rather than tarmac, that it comes about. The desk I have it mounted on is solid wood about an inch thick. When it rumbles it makes the entire desk vibrate, in a way that I feel a direct drive wheel would not. So if you are buying this for trucking, or driving cars on pave roads you are probably fine, but you might want to look elsewhere if you are looking to off roading or rally driving. The pedals are nicely made, and have a catch underneath that flips out a spike strip for gripping carpets. I can push myself back in my chair without them budging an inch. They are not load celll based, or I think even hall effect sensors but pots, but its too early to tell if that is an issue until several years down the road. They are more than usable. The accelerator, and clutch have similar resistance, but the break requires quite a bit of force to fully depress. This may loosen up over time, and initially I didn't like it but I have got used to it now. I can comfortably ride the brake, and do left foot breaking if I want without fear of accidentally depressing it. If you are looking to get ATS/ETS2, or looking to upgrade from keyboard & mouse, or a controller, look no further than this. All other options I looked at that were better suddenly jump to over £500 just for the wheel, and no pedals, so a wheel/pedal set for under £300 is a a real bargain.

Great wheel and peddles for entry level users 👍🏻
Came in perfect condition still in box, grip of the wheel as it should be no wear and tear great responsiveness in racing games like F1 or for other driving games such as Euro truck simulator great value for money for a entry level wheel, buttons mimic those of a Xbox controller so nice and easy to use, the wheel is powered by a plug and a USB connection the plugs into your desired device nice comfortable wheel all in all would recommend

Unbelievable!!! Feels like your driving your own car, wheel VERY responsive and you can connect it via HDMI to your laptop or PC to adjust your control settings so as you don't need to use the factory preset settings. Highly recommend all the family will enjoy their gaming experiences with this wheel and pedals. 10 out 10 for quality!!! Highly recommend!

First racing wheel
This is my first my first experience with a racing wheel and pedal. I decided to purchase the per owned version but it's as good as brand-new, the G923 box had a few marking on it were the original owner had opened up, however the actual hardware works amazing. Let's start with the pedal, the base grips onto carpet really well which is great when you're applying lots of force to it. The base is made out of plastic (seems to be good plastic) with metal racing pedal. The pedals feel really realistic. Moving onto the wheel, the size of the wheel is not as big as I expected, with a diameter of 11 inches. However the steering wheel is leather or fake leather, which feels really good while driving. Then in the middle of the wheel you have the controls - similar to an Xbox controller but with some extra buttons. The flappy paddles feel really good quality. I am using this on an Amazon desk and it seems to be secure enough so far, it has G clamps which fastens the wheel to the desk. When it comes to racing I have only used it on Forza horizon 4 and Forza Motorsport. In both experiences I have had great fun. Due to the true force feedback I would suggest being very careful with it as it can turn the wheel very quick and it is hard to fight. But it's very realistic. So far this has been so much fun and the quality of it seems to be great. If you are a beginner into SIM racing id suggest getting this wheel to get a great experience without spending too much. Don't forget to download the software to get the full experience.

Trueforce indeed
What a top notch piece of kit for the price. The trueforce feedback is spot on detecting bumps in the road and colisions with other cars, the range of the accelerator gives you so much control over your throttle that making minor adjustments to keep your line is an absolute joy that just boosts your confidence when cornering. The best thing is the learning curve is practically none existent cause I found my self doing perfect laps after my first 3 races of practice. It's and astonishing game changer for sure. But I would realy recommend that you invest in a racing chair simply for the foot peddles to fix to, cause the break peddle is kinda stiff and hard to press with out it sliding across ur floor. I hear there's a way to fix it by removing a piece inside but I don't like wasting a good warranty myself. just incase. Overall though it's and excellent product, well built and helps of fun 👍 😀 (Edit) Gt7 works perfectly plug and play Grid Ledgends works perfectly plug and play Assetto Corsa Competizione, what the duck went wrong there. The cars are un-controllable to say the least, there is no dead zone, no auto re-center, the feedback sends u out of control when ever u do finaly get the car going in a straight line ( only at high speeds) and the turning angles are way off. I no this is not the wheels fault its the games creators so don't let this put u off if u try this game with it. The game just stinks
