Product came exactly as advertised. Product did not come in factory box, but was received with no problems. I work on my own mountain bike, and if you know how to properly adjust your gearing and get your cable tensions just right this derailer performs flawlessly.

Nice shifting
Easy to install. Upgraded my original 15 year old Acera for my Schwinn Mesa. Go to YouTube to learn how to install and tune and Voila.
