Made the best Vegan Cheesecake
Vegan cheesecake recipes are too complicated so I took a non-vegan recipe and swapped out all the dairy ingredients. Used this product as mascarpone and it worked great!

Great substitute for those allergic to dairy
Great substitute for the dairy version of mascarpone cheese. It is a good alternative for those with cow's milk intolerance or vegans. I use it to make cheesecake. A bit of a hard consistency; I'd prefer it a bit softer. When making a cheesecake, it takes time to mix it well to a smooth consistency with a hand mixer, but overall, it tastes good.

Package damaged
The cheese arrived with damaged lid. Unable to use it as it’s not suitable for consumption. Very dissatisfied as it’s not cheap product.

I made a superb Vegan cheesecake using this mascarpone substitute the texture and taste were the same as using the dairy version

Okay, but expensive
It mostly tastes of coconut cream. Also very expensive for what it is, but it does its job, the high coconut fat concentration means if sets well when making tiramisu, but it doesn't taste like much.

Damaged lid- not able to use product.
Required for recipe for vegan friends. Tear in foil has caused it to go hard. Unable to use product!!
