Great quality, very useful
I bought a 36 in and 12 in roller. Best. Thing. Ever. My husband and I both use them. We typically roll our backs on the 36 because it is very spacious and supportive. You don't feel like you're going to fall off/have to balance like some other rollers/wheels. I also use it for complete spinal relaxation. It's quite long and I get support from my lower back all the way to the base of my head, even being quite tall and having a long torso (I'm a female, 5'10). I use the 12 in roller far more than my husband. I like to use it for scapular exercise, I use it as a spacer to keep my shoulders equal distance and locked tight. My physical therapist thought it was a great idea for my situation when I told him about it. I also use it when I do reverse crunches. I like to hold it between my feet to make them more challenging. These are good quality rollers and very durable. We use them more often than we expected and I am very pleased with them!

Roller
Good, firm roller. Don’t use too often but good for rolling out stiff muscles or relieving cramps.

Made in the USA, Exceptional Quality
I'm very happy with this half foam roller: exceptional quality, made in the USA. It works well for my physical therapy exercises. I was very pleased to find out it's manufactured by the same company as my whole foam roller, that I purchased at the PT clinic.

Firm and PT recommended
Firm and perfect for stretching out shoulders. PT recommended this.

Physical therapy approved
Exactly as what’s used in my physical therapy dept. I use for Pilates as well. Perfect hard firmness. This is not your cheap foam roller. Worth the price. My full roller like this half one lasts forever; never collapses.

Keep Moving at Any Age!
I recently start doing Pilates, and have had lower back issues. We did an exercise using a half roller and you would have thought the sky's opened up. I purchased on for my home, and so glad that I did. Met all my expectations.

Definitely "durable"
I have to agree.... it's like cement! It's exceptionally solid, durable, etc. But it is REALLY hard! I've tried it on carpet, on my sleep# bed, on tile. I've folded a throw blanket double & laid on top of it. It is crazy hard. And I'm very thick skinned. I was using one at PT that seemed more similar to styrofoam you'd find in craft stores, but no local chain stores had any bolsters could saw in half. After using this thing the 1st time I felt like I'd had an excruciating deep tissue massage for 3 days afterwards! I'm still using it with blankets folded on top, but man. I could probably bat a few balls in the yard with it :)
