In order to ensure a snug fit, you want to order 3" or 8 cm of fabric to the pocket depth of the fitted sheet. For example, if your mattress height is 10" or 25 cm the fitted sheet approximately 13" or 33 cm deep to ensure there is enough fabric to grab around the corners of the mattress.
