Yes on the side of canvas it will show symbols and the colours that match..find the symbol use the colour or number that matches. Its that easy..hope this helps

Q: I can’t upload my photo

I found it difficult as well. There is a place to upload on your order site. Press on it (should have an 'upload sign) and then go into your pics folder and select image. Took me a good half hour to get it done. Margaret

Q: When adding picture do i fill the full rectangle with the pic including where the whote and aarows are?

When you send your personal photo it be exactly the same on a bigger scale but the border in white is just enough on a picture frame folded and fix to the wooden frame not a normal photo frame which is hard to find my actual photo was 30x40cm i hope this helps

You would have to ask them if they could add words
