Used this to repair a cracked/torn John Deere mower yellow seat. Worked great but I don't know about the durability at this point. Repaid is not invisible but better than Duck Tape that was on it and much cheaper than a new seat. Used the rest of the can to coat tool handles.

Thus stuff is outstanding. I had some old tools that were beat up but I did not want to replace so I just threw new rubber handles on them. The dipping process is quick and easy and it dries fast

It works really well. Two coats. It's not slippery when dried. Very little waste. Not sure how the majority of the can is going to hold up after I opened it and put the plastic lid back on

This flexible coating makes metal tools a lot better to handle and use. And this might save you from electrical shock. One coat usually does it, but a second coat is even better (much thicker). I like the high-visibility of the yellow Plastidip, but it also comes in blue.

This worked GREAT for coating the tips of needle nose pliers to prevent scratches while doing jewelry work. However, I went to use it again less than three months later and the product had completely dried out. They need to improve the container to prevent this.

Works just as well today as it did 35 years ago - durable.

PROS: o Easy to apply o Dries relatively quickly o SO MANY ways to use this!!! CONS: o None of which I am aware I bought this to use to make a grip on a piece of pipe to use as a "breaker bar", to give myself more leverage (i.e. a longer handle) on my wrenches and such. It worked great for that... then I started discovering other ways to use it... use it instead of heat shrink tubing (just paint it on with at Q tip)... use it to fasten a connector together to make it water resistant... use it to coat the metal feet on my table saw which the rubber had cracked and fallen off... I am still discovering ways to use it. My wife says it is my new favorite thing, and I guess it is. I did transfer it to a "repurposed" olive jar after I opened the can, so it wouldn't dry out, as other reviewers said it does if you use the plastic lid that comes with it. So far, I am thrilled with every project on which I have used it. This stuff is going to stay in my collection of "must-haves", along with duct tape, wire ties, WD40, vice grips, a hammer, and binder clips :-)

Es un producto muy bueno , se ha de aplicar como dice el fabricante ( es importante) lo recomiendo 100%. Me gustaría que hubiera más colores !

El producto cunde bastante , me dio para cubrir 16 alicates de distintos tamaños y aun sobro algo , le di 4 o 5 capas a cada uno . Se crea una capa de buen espesor , queda un aspecto muy profesional y el color ( yo compre el amarillo ) es muy bueno . Pero el recubrimiento resultante es muy poroso , se mancha con nada , y luego cuesta mucho limpiarlo bien , le frotas con un paño y se viene el color .He comprobado que si le cae gasolina , disolvente o alcohol hisopropilico se derrite literalmente y esos son producto que se usan diariamente en un taller mecanico . Pienso que es un producto que no esta diseñado para un uso de taller , mas bien para el bricolaje casero .
