I bought this phone holder and it worked great, I live in florida and the heat at times could be very bad for the holder but it hold very well but the plastic part that was attached to the the part that was attached to the windshield broke off , I wrote to the company and they gladly send me a replacement without charge even after a year or of use.I believe that was a great way to keep a customer happy and to stand behind their product.I highly recommend their product and customer service

It's a solid product. What I want to highlight is their excellent customer service. I had a small issue with mine not holding in place. They were very responsive and sorted the issue quickly. They also didn't ask me to write a review unlike some companies. The quality and design of the holder are very good and after 6 months or so, it has continued to perform its function.

If I can help it, I'll never buy anything else! I ordered a different one made by the same company, and the release button is on the side. NOT compatible with my small hands, so I ordered this one. THIS is the one for me! The button is on the back. I had my last one, like this one, for over a year before it broke. The pieces that slide over the swivel ball broke off. Oh, and the most IMPORTANT part... the suction cup NEVER gave up! I'm still using it! Trust me, it is money well spent!

The vent clamp is what I use. The suction cup device keep falling off everything. Of course mine came used, the glued surface was covered in someone’s floor grime but I cleaned it off with alcohol and that gave me a good base to start. If the suction device had no sticky side it would probably work great for a windshield.

I bought this based on reviews. At first it doesn’t like to stick on my dashboard, so I used the second option which is the clip. It works but I am not satisfied since it’s hard to move and cannot see clearly the google map on my phone. My last option is to attach it to the mirror which is way better. In short there a lot of ways to install it based on on hour preference.

I have purchased a few of these before.I love the quality of the materials used to make it.The phone holder has proven to be very durable and functional.It has proven to very easy to use, I have always been able to attach it to the windshield of my vehicles.It has proven to be very steady, because it is very easy to install and remove.It stays in place.

Great . However the nut that holds the adjustable arm for the up/down motion fell off and went down the defroster vent . Totally my fault. I loosened it to much . Be warned if you overly loosen the thumb screw the nut will drop out of the case and fall down the defroster vent. Gone forever hopefully it doesn’t jam up the vent mechanism. Again idiot mistake on my part . Trying to find a replacement but at Home Depot or somewhere is the plan . Good product. Stays where you put it mostly . Below zero temps made it come loose but mostly held firm in 30 /80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Product was well designed to hold the phone but I couldn’t find an arrangement of the support arm that put the phone in the right viewing area for my GMC yukon. I didn’t want to use the windshield suction up - so this might have been better but I was looking for a mount that kept the phone below the dash and out of my view when driving. The quality was good and I think it was a well designed product but it just didn’t work for what I wanted.
