The seller has a very slow shipping time, but to be fair it did arrive by the predicted date, it's simply the chosen method of shipping that takes a bit, so if you're in no rush I recommend this product and seller for hair chalk as they are well priced.The product overall worked exactly as it should have, i simply want to note for anyone like e that did not realize it that hair chalk will dry your hair out, so this is not a good method for temporarily coloring large parts of hair for the day. This block of chalk will certainly spread over a full head of long hair (my hair comes down about mid back) but will dry out your hair so much it tangles and catches in the brush and just tangles again.ONLY USE THIS FOR SMALLER SECTIONS OF HAIRit took me several hours and some serious conditioner treatments to repair my hair, as I take very good care of it. I did not want to compromise the rating of this product too much however because this is not a defect of the product, but inherently a misunderstanding on my part and perhaps others with respect to how hair chalk should be used
