Q: How much weight can the trolley hold?

I'm not sure of the exact amount but I feel it's not much. Our wheels bent within a month. I didn't think I had really heavy items in it. Was very disappointed.

Q: Is it possible to buy just a replacement trolley if mine were to break?

I wish they did cause the stand on the front of mine broke, after paying the price I did you would think I could at least buy a replacement piece.
