Q: Where to buy the cushions?

I would get a cushion for a lawn chair or two seat cushions and tie them together. Hope this helps.

Drill heavy duty hardware into stud. It works just fine

Q: what does this come with?

What you see in the picture, a hammock (no cushion) and 6 pieces to help hang the hammock. 2 ropes about 2 feet each (I haven't used them), 2 S hooks and 2 straps (seatbelt type material) with D shaped metal pieces sewn into both ends. I wrapped these straps around a old swing set twice, attached the S hooks to them and hung the swing. Hope this helps.
