Zatarain's Yellow Rice, 6.9 oz

I was impressed with zatarain's jambalaya mixes years ago and now they've branched out into more variety with rice mixes. I tried this yellow rice mix and again was impressed at how great it tasted!! I added some slices of smoked sausage to it and it tasted so good--it would have probably been even better if I added some crimini or portabello mushrooms! It has slight heat which goes away real fast. It's easy to make, even if you have to wait 25 minutes, it's worth it, at least for one or two people.

This is very good. My son loves it. It's a nice change from plain white rice. I hope that Amazon can keep it reasonably priced, as I plan to buy more of it.

We love our yellow rice and sometimes we forget to get it at the store so I love just ordering this stuff ! It makes a tasty meal with a side of meat or vegetables. We have no problems with delivery. We just ordered more . So we are happy customers.

Love this rice - great flavor, always cooks properly and best of all, no meat products! My husband eats as a side dish with chicken or fish, and I eat as my main meal (with some parmesan and black pepper). We ear this at least once a week (along with Zatarain’s rice pilaf or jambalaya). None of these 3 has any meat products. The hubby just adds some type of meat to his, and each of us is a happy camper!

It is a good sized serving - two or three sides. The flavor is perfect. It takes little time to prepare. Add a few vegetables and you can have a main dish. It is also easy to store.

...so I purchased it on Amazon at the same price I'd buy it in the stores for. I like Zatarain's meals like this, they're super easy to make and yummy

For the price of this rice I expected flavor. I had this once at a restaurant and loved it, but this is obviously not the yellow rice I received. Would not recommend.
