This dehydrator is well-built, priced right, and incredibly easy to operate. I bought it specifically for drying herbs and making homemade yogurt, but it’s also perfect for our yearly tradition of making jerky and dried fruit. ​The controls are as simple as it gets—just set the time and temperature, and you’re in business. It runs very quietly with just a faint fan noise in the background; I actually keep it in my ranch office, and it doesn't bother me a bit while I work. ​It comes with several stainless racks that hold plenty of product. With a wide range of heat and time settings, it handles everything as slow or fast as you need. The wire grates work great for most things, but for soft fruits and vegetables, I’d recommend using the included plastic tray to keep things from sticking to the metal. ​I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier with it. It’s a great addition to the place.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine!!!! I am new at dehydrating things but let me tell you! I can’t stop! I like giving homemade gifts and this is like the best thing ever! So far I have dehydrated one small batch and two full capacity batches! Max capacity is about six pounds of meat. The book that comes with it has some great recipes for meats, fruits and veggies. I have only tried meats so far and they have come out perfect every time! Not knowing what I’m doing and or what to expect I haven’t had one issue with the dehydrator. It comes with six racks a dual use plastic tray and a plastic screen of sorts. I haven’t made anything using the plastic items but I use the tray as a drip pan to keep the bottom of the machine clean. The racks have been really easy to clean as well as the little amount I have had to clean on the machine I can’t give enough likes and or stars for this dehydrator and the ease of use!

The COSORI Food Dehydrator works really well and has plenty of space—the large tray capacity makes it easy to dehydrate big batches at once. It’s sturdy, runs quietly, and dries food evenly with great results every time. The only downside is cleaning the trays—they can be a bit time-consuming, especially after sticky foods like fruit. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. Overall, still a great dehydrator and worth it!

A great dehydrator for the price. My old plastic trays in my Golden Harvest dehydrator started to break apart after 20 years of service. I was worried with all of the articles about forever plastics so I decided to try this Cosori after reading several reviews from jerky makers sites. This machine doesn’t hit the #1 recommendation on most of those sites but it does get #2 and #3 spots a lot. I decided to try this machine because it has not plastics in the areas that the food is in contact with. In fact the trays are stainless steel and built well. The fan is rear mounted and blows across all of the trays equally , making the heat distribution equal as opposed to up from the bottom that makes the lower trays hotter that the upper trays. I’ve made a couple of batches of jerky and really like this machine. I put a thermometer inside the unit to check the accuracy of the dehydrator settings and as you can see the setting and the thermometer are both reading 165. That’s very important to insure you’re dehydrating the beef and not cooking it. The timer worked exactly as set also. Good unit!

I have gotten a ton of use out of this dehydrator for backpacking meals for multiple people/thru-hikers. It is awesome. I previously had a round/stacking Nesco with plastic trays and it was horrible. Stuff stuck to the plastic, which was hard to clean, and the clearance between trays wasn't great. The Cosori isn't that much more expensive and the price difference is 100% worth it. You'll want nonstick trays to go on top of the metal trays though. Parchment paper works too. That's because the steel trays have large holes that lots of things slip through. If it's bigger things like sliced bananas you don't need them but you do for smaller things like chickpeas. The controls are very easy to use. Just set the temperature, time, hit start and walk away. I keep it in my workshop so noise isn't a huge issue but it's quiet, so if I put it inside it wouldn't be a big deal (unless I'm drying mushrooms and in that case it's because they smell like death). It dries food evenly and the capacity is great for how I use it.

It works just as it should, and even comes with a little recipe starter guide! It’s quiet while on. It is larger so make sure you’ve got the counter space.

Es mejor de lo que pense comparado con el precio, es liviana pero no es frajil, las regillas son de excelente calidad, la puerta cierra sin problemas, ponerla en marcha es super facil y me gusta que viene con un recetario con muchas ideas de alimentos diferentes deshidratados para preparar, sin duda la recomiendo

This has been an excellent dehydrator. It holds the correct temperature well and has worked great all season. I’ve used it for fruit leather, jerky, and drying herbs, and it has handled everything very well. I also like the metal construction, which feels sturdier and better quality than plastic models. It is not too loud, and it has plenty of capacity — I can fit about 3 gallons of sauce for fruit leather. Overall, I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

The product arrived in very good quality. I would give a 5* for how they carefully packaged this with muliple cardboard boxes. The unboxing was very good. Top notch product
