No part of this was functional
So many things wrong it's a joke. Clamp is seized. Both axis handles are poorly made and can't be attached properly without severe wobble. Both X and Y axes barely turn and have severe backlash. Y-axis gauge just spins freely. X-axis missing it's bearing (pretty sure they just aren't installing them to save money, so the entire screw just flops around in midair). While it's a fairly heavy place or iron, the only real use for this is as a boat anchor.
