Strange but tasty
As others have said, the filling is not an anchovy although it is salty with a fish taste. Once you get past the weirdness of the slimy 'thing', they are quite tasty.

Las aceitunas Manzanilla rellenas de anchoa son mi pequeño placer culinario. Me encanta su equilibrio entre lo salado de la aceituna y lo sabroso de la anchoa. Son el aperitivo perfecto para disfrutar en cualquier momento, y siempre me transportan a momentos especiales junto a amigos y familia.
