I'm sure these pills do what they are suppose to do if you are looking to increase your magnesium. They come in a nice dark glass jar which is good. However they are huge, like horse pills 😂. I tried cutting them in half but they scratch my throat going down. I would be nice if they came in capsule form.

I take this magnesium before bed, it helps me relax and fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I used to have restless legs but after starting magnesium it is not something that keeps me up all night any more. It also helps me with regularity in the bathroom.

Works perfectly for bowel movements! Good and safe! Life saver! I buy it a lot! Improves the quality of the sleep too.
