This intriguing jam comes to us from the Lombardy region, and is produced by the acclaimed agricultural cooperative Senga. The flavor profile here is really unique, and we loved pairing it with aged cheeses such as Grana Padano, and cured meats such as Bresaola and Prosciutto. We also enjoy it alongside tender braised wild boar (or pork), roasted pheasant and smoked duck breast.
