Functions great on my rigid auger. Seems to be made from durable materials and really helps when you need to dig a deeper hole and the universal design fits lots of other units. Great value.

Bought this for an electric post hole augerThe price was good & the quality is acceptable, not too bad. I like having a selection of sizes.I can get 60” deep now where my max depth used to be about 30”My complaint is that the retaining pin holes did not line up and I had to chase them with a drill.The retaining pin spring clips are prone to coming loose but they are common hardware store items if you do lose one.The shafts are milled to fit when they are bare metal but with the thick coat of paint it is difficult to fit into the auger bit.I had to sand off the paint of the male ends of each extension shaft.

It was a good value. I needed to make my holes 3' deep and these extensions worked great.

Used on electric post hole digger to bore horizontally. The hole you see is as deep as the entire length of the auger and shaft. All three extension were used together and did not shudder, or show any sign of being overworked. (hole is for a sewer line for a residential addition)

Sturdy, easy to use, and change out sizes, and handy to have when your earth auger just doesn't quite get deep enough without the extension(s).
