I got this belt for my wife because she complained about always having to carry things in her hands (like her phone or keys) while walking/running because he didn't want them in her pockets (or had no pockets). She also always wished she had water when she did a long walks but had no easy way to carry it. This belt solved all of those problems! She loved it and it was not bulky or in the way when she was walking or running. It's lightweight and the right size and she immediately started talking about how much she liked it. Her phone and keys fit easily in the front pocket in the water bottles when full don't add too much weight. This belt would be perfect for both a man and a woman.

The pocket is large. It holds my Iphone in its case, a gel pack, and my pepper spray. The water bottles are large too. This is great for a long run. If you are going for a shorter run, it will also hold smaller bottles. The only problem I have it that it tends to slide up on my waist. I don't know if I don't have it tight enough, but it still works fine. I like running with my water bottles, whether I drink them or not, it is a comfort to know I have them if I need them. I did have a hard time finding running belts that would fit my phone and pepper spray..This pocket is large.

Good quality, doesn't bounce as long as i keep it tight around my waist. I have two complaints so far: first is that the caps are difficult to screw on correctly to the bottles. Second is that the bottle caps hit my shirt and make rub marks when i run. Yes, i have the bottles tilted away from my body, it didnt make a difference. Bottles dont leak though, and seem to be reasonably well made. Pocket fits my g5 in an otterbox, but not much room to spare.

I purchased four of these belts for a group hike that a few friends of mine and I planned to go on. The hike involved some tight squeezes and reviews of the hike had indicated that a book bag might make some of those parts more difficult so I ordered these belts. They are a good size and I can fit my iPhone 6 into the pocket along with an inhaler and some cough drops and cash. The design was comfortable. The only issue I had was with the water bottles. Some leaked while others were fine. They are also a little difficult to drink out of as some of the lids let water out from the side of the spout and not just the spout hole itself. Overall, for the price and the purpose I am satisfied with my purchase.

the belt is what I was looking for and wanted; 0 bouncing; however, I was very disappointed with the bottles. they leak. I was provided with a replacement and the same thing. the water bottles SUCK!!! I will be keeping the belt and have to search for good water bottles on my own.

My first impression of the belt was good when I unpacked it. The belt seems to be nice and sturdy, fits my S7 Edge quite well, plus few other things as well. But as it is always, just a small thing spoils good experience - when I sat to tie my shoe one bottle leaked badly, spraying my leg with water and a bit going down to the shoe. The other bottle however holds well. I mean, how difficult could that be to run a quality check on your products? Says leak free, but it ain't. Sad....

belt & pouch work great; fits well & comfortable to run long distances in. I've taken mine for 10 & 13 miles runs so far. the bottles, however leak quite easily & constantly; tops do not work very well (won't stay open when drinking). love the belt - hate the bottles.

Running belt is perfect for my needs. Water bottles are perfect size and do not overwhelm while I am working out.
