Pleasantly surprised by these! Switched over from Premier Protein after repeatedly getting chunky shakes (ew) and these are absolutely my new go to. It is plant based so the protein blend has a slightly different taste than the whey ones but once you have 2 of them you're used to it. Mixes well into my morning coffee too, where sometimes other brands can kinda separate, never had that problem with this brand.

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the sodium content in the OWYN shake, which contains 360 mg of salt per serving. As someone with high blood pressure, I experienced a negative health reaction after consuming the product, which I found quite alarming. Given the potential health risks associated with high sodium intake, I kindly request a refund for this purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I wanted to try it as I am trying to find something I like for after surgery when I am forced to dink my meals for two weeks. First let me start by saying I am not Vegan, so this is not a factor in why I am trying the brand.This is VERY thick. almost to think for my liking.I am not the biggest fan of plant based items. The pretend peanut butter is not bad but the tickness is off putting for me.The chocolate is a decent flavor but again its the thickness. The vanilla I am sorry to say is not to my liking. The falovor is very off putting.For the chocolate and no nut butter which is slightly better tasting to me I will just have to add a little milk to them to loosen it up for me or ice and water in a blender.The price is about what most run for a decent amount in a pack. The fact that it is 32 grams of protein is what really drew me in. I need now and will after surgery at least 60 grams of protein a day.Once you get past the tickness it's not bad. The flavors is all down to your own liking. I LOVE THESE!! I struggle with protein drinks because I can't stand chalkly textures. These are smooth and light. They don't cause me any GI upset. I love that they are shelf stableso I can toss them in my bag and not worry about icepacks. I don't have a single complaint.

I really like this product, but my recent shipment was unacceptable. I've had three of these, and each time I've had to throw them out due to the clumpy and thick consistency. It's not drinkable, and I expect better quality.

Love the flavors and texture. And with 32g of protein, feel full longer. I like that they are clean.
