I am sorry, no. The pack contains two filters only.

Q: How does it seal around a beard? I dont have a big bushy beard but i do have facial hair and some masks are uncomfortable.

OSHA requires clean shaven, but some reviews suggest these work well with a small beard.

Q: What is the difference between these(spr321) and the spr449 or spr450?

The SPR321 is the replaement P100 filter for the GVS Elipse masks. The SPR449 is the S/M size nuisance odor mask and the SPR450 is the replacement cartridge. The nuisance odor mask and filters are P100's with a charcoal back to remove any unpleasant smells.

Q: Are the spr321 and spr450 interchangeable? will they both fit the spr457?

it says they both fit the P100...one is more for odor filtration i think
