Fit the faucet perfectly, and solved the whistling sound I was having. Overpriced for sure - comparable ones in store in the US were much cheaper, but I couldn't find it anywhere local, so it is what it is.

This is not the correct for all Delta kitchen faucets. It's difficult to find the size of these aerators online, but am trying another purported to be 'smaller'. Plus, for the money, it should come with the key to install/uninstall.
