I was paying more for the different brands that caused more problems, until i found this. After trying two other probiotic brands- this one just helps normalize the stomach. A mild, natural probiotic that helps. Natures Bounty is the way to go in general,- for any additional vitamins needed. I have always been happy with this brand.

Great product. Best I have used. Helps my sincitave stomach and acid reflux and not as gassy. I feel so much better since I started taking these. They're not a big pill so they're easy to swallow. Worth the money. I will keep buying them.

I've been on this probiotic for about 3-4 months and it has completely straightened out my erratic problems that I had going to the bathroom. I think the price is in the middle range. There are plenty cheaper, but do they work? I feel this one does well.

I have a digestive autoimmune disorder and I have trouble keeping healthy gut bacteria due to scarring over 40% of my colon. This brand seems to have the most divers selection of bacteria I have found. These make it possible for me to digest food without heavy steroid use (along with special medication). These are in a special bottle buffering both UV light as well as heat. These are as good as the probiotics I used to have to keep under constant refrigeration and cost 6 times more. The pills are on the larger side but I have never had trouble swallowing them and I always have had trouble swallowing pills (its a neurological thing). I suspect the capsule has some really good coating/quality as they never dissolve in my mouth or throat but I always swallow with a whole glass of water. What ever they are doing they are doing ti right! I never am without them.

I have been dealing with bloating for YEARS and have also gained some weight due to sedentary lifestyle. Finally decided to start taking a probiotic and am so glad I did. Been taking it for a few weeks and it has helped me lose weight and I no longer get bloated. Keeps me very regular and helps flush out my intestines. My gut feels great, I feel great. I am also exercising and eating well as this is not a miracle drug. It's been so long since I could wear pants because the bloating caused me great pain. I might be able to wear them again.

These have definitely helped re-establish probiotics to my system. I had to take almost 6 rounds of antibiotics last year which left my gut in misery. These were the most reasonably priced probiotic out there and frankly wasn't sure they would work. It started working with in a few days and I am still taking them (on and off now) to keep my gut in good shape. If you want something that works and is affordable then I highly recommend these.

This probiotic resolves in the intestines where it should add bacteria, which makes it very effective to enhance your immunity and help your body absorb vitamins much more efficiently.

Good product, no side effects, no bloating or gas etc. Well tolerated by seniors
