Bat and Rat

My four-year-old loves this book. The illustrations are colorful and detailed -- he loves following Bat as he swoops down from his home and Rat as he walks up from his home to meet in the lobby (Rat's house is especially fascinating). Buying our own copy now, because the library one finally has to go back.

I adore both Bat and Rat and this story about creative collaboration! This story just makes me smile and its beautifully illustrated.

A great book we just came across at the library! We loved it so, we had to have our own copy to re-read nightly!

This is a very sweet story about friendship. I am going to buy one for both of my daughters' "favorite, favorite" friends for Christmas!!
