Apple Early 2019 iMac with 3.0GHz Intel Core i5, 27 inch Retina 5K Display, 8GB RAM, 1TB (Renewed)

I needed this so I could do light work from home and avoid going into the office. It works great, was easy to setup, came with an Apple keyboard, which took some getting used to- had to remember, it’s command + C- not control + C. It came in great condition and was packed very well/ no scratches. I’ve had several iMacs throughout the years and am very happy with this iMac!

**5 MONTH UPDATE** This is by far the best purchase I've made. I will continue to buy products like this refurbished. My Mac has worked flawlessly and I haven't had any issues with new updates. I see its gone up in price by $500+ which is a shock. Glad I got it when I did for $699. Overall, even with the more expensive tag, id say its worth it. Minus the mouse & keyboard, my Mac seemed to be brand new. **ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM JULY 2022** I was very skeptical of buying this product. For my tech stuff I usually like to buy brand new. But I really needed a new computer for my work and didn't want to spend almost 2k on a new one. My husband took over my MacBook and I thought this was a perfect time to purchase an iMac. This is a big purchase, with only a 90 day guarantee. so I hope my in depth review helps. This is from having it for a little over a week, I will update when I've had it for a few months :) -PACKAGING: My iMac came in a regular cardboard box. HUGE BOX. No apple box :/ it was packaged very well. The bubble wrap they had stuffed in there was so puffy, the computer was completely protected. -COSMETIC LOOK OF IMAC: This iMac looks brand new. Not a scratch or dent on it!! Very pleased with how well it was kept. Amazing! -KEYBOARD & MOUSE: They provide the most generic keyboard and mouse. Its a keyboard & mouse for a 90's computer. At least that's what it looks like. The one pictured isn't what it came with, I ordered that one separately. I know they say in the description that they may provide off brand accessories, but id hope it was at least from this decade. Looks like they take the real original ones and resell them.... bummer. -FUNCTIONALITY & TECH SUPPORT: At first I didn't notice any issues until it came down to updating the software. It came with the Catalina Software and when I went to update to Monterey, the iMac wouldn't let me. It was stuck on the "Checking for updates" pop up. I contacted seller for tech support like the card said to and they pretty much said to contact apple since it was an update issue. So if there is any "Tech" issue I shouldn't contact "tech support" I should just contact apple? mmm okay. They gave me apples number and I called and they were very helpful. They had me put the iMac in recovery mode and from there I was able to update it. Took about an hour or so all together but its worked flawlessly since. If you have the same issue just shut down your computer. When its off press & hold down "Option" "Command" "R". & with the other hand, turn on your Mac. DONT LET THE BUTTONS GO until the screen pops up. you should see a globe, bar, and minutes on the black screen and it will take about 30ish minutes. After that you should be able to pick update to Monterey and voila! Hope that helped anyone as skeptical as I was. I did a lot of research before I purchased and trusted this seller and the amazon 90 day guarantee. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking to purchase a Mac.

product came in better than excellent condition!

This unit went bad within two weeks!!! Had to send it back!! The keyboard was a total joke!! When they manufactured it they didn’t fully cut the section 4 where you put the batteries in!! so I had to cut my way in with a sharp knife - and then it didn’t work!!! This was the cheapest keyboard I’ve ever seen in my life and I wouldn’t give you a penny for it!! This company should be investigated for inferior products!!!! And I really needed this replacement computer!!! I will never again buy a refurbished iMac unless it’s from Apple!! I don’t trust these Third World countries to manufacture stuff properly. I was very very very disappointed with this poorly made iMac!!

Cheap mouse and keyboard but the computer is amazing quality

My patience has been severly tested by the intrusiveness of the "Big Two" (Microsoft and Google) and I have been exploring alternative OS's. I have installed Linux Mint on a desktop and laptop but I haven't hit a comfort level with the security of the of the system to leave Windows 11. I have wanted to try an Apple Desktop but the price of Apple Products are too high for me to experiment. This renewed product provided an affordable alternative. It arrived as described and works well with an excellent display. One concern I had with this purchase was Apple support, so far that is not an issue and I am receiving updates to the OS.

The screen fell right off my iMac 2015, and I had already replaced the fusion drive with retina. I decided to switch to a newer model, this 2019 27" iMac. Fell in love with the giant screen display (easy to read) and didn't want to change to the new 21" size yet. This refurb has everything I need and more. Replacing all my data/software was easy with iCloud drive and Chrome's memory of sites and passwords. The price was certainly right: my original iMac cost $2500, and this one was just at $500. So relieved and happy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you, Amazon.

I'm extremely late in posting this review, but....Great job providing an emergency recovery to my data. I had a self-inflicted cloud mishap after purchasing a new MacBook. This purchase a 2TB memory, saved all my files. Shipped quickly and well packaged. Greatly appreciated getting this Mac! Great value. Mucho Gracias!

Llegó en excelentes condiciones, buena memoria, gran almacenamiento y lo mejor me sacó de apuros. Si estás dudando en hacer la compra, adelante es 100% confiable. Eso sí, batallé mucho para que el teclado y mouse reconocieran el iMac, tuve que comprar en otro lado el teclado de la marca.

El equipo llego a tiempo, estéticamente se ve bien. Veré como se comporta.!!
