These are Pfaltzgraff so you know they're sturdy and well made. Look great on the table and go straight to the dishwasher. We could have paid less for other sets of dishes but then they wouldn't be Pfaltzgraff. Well made and the glaze on them was perfect. Set comes with all the pieces you need, plates, mugs bread plates and bowls. Bowls are extra deep which is great for a big bowl of soup on a cold winter day. Great value for your table.

Pfaltzgraff is always a good bet. This set is very nice. All the pieces are a good size. Very happy with my purchase.

Set came broke. But. The pieces that survived have a good finish and apear to be durable. The company di make right on tge deal.

Ordered the Pfaltzgraff Sadie 16-Piece Dinnerware Set, Blue, because in my experience Pfaltzgraff last forever, heavy duty yet look good! This set arrived with two of the four mugs damaged - handles broken off. The very thin sheet of waffle cardboard paper separating the mugs a nod to "protection" and clearly insufficient. Amazon said return the entire set for a replacement or call Pfaltzgraff. I do not want the hassle of returning the whole set so I called Pfaltzgraff - they are out of stock for the blue mugs, no idea of restock, suggested contact Amazon. This is ridiculous, a loop, and I'm just going to have to just have two mugs. I did not take off stars for poor packaging, that's unfair unless the manufacturer packed the items. The texture on the plates is subtle, just enough to keep food in place when cutting, not enough to get in the way eating or cleaning. Blue color just intense enough with interesting fade to lighter. The colors of dinner plates, salad plates, and bowls uniform enough. However, the mugs were more gray than blue, but they would be served in after plates/bowls cleared so who would know. Me, so, yes, minus one star. I expect SOME level of variation in pottery items but this was pronounced, as if they belonged in a whole different color set. Do buy these, great looking AND heavy duty...heavy, period. They should last a great long time.....IF they survive shipping to you.

Love, love these dishes. Easy to clean. Love the pattern. Thick ceramic. So far no chips in any pieces.

Not to degrade the quality of the dinnerware set but one of the coffee cups had a broken handle. I might contact the company and see if I can get a replacement cup. If not I'll just superglue it back on. Not the end of the world. I will say though the dinnerware set does look very nice. Haven't really used it enough yet to see if there's any other issues but the quality actually seems pretty good. I only gave it three stars because of one of the cups being broken and shipping.

Purchased this as a gift; everyone loves it! Very attractive and great quality; would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful! I love the colors and the weight of these dishes, so much so, I bought 2 sets.

We purchased these dishes in March 2024 because they were to be microwave and dishwasher safe. They ARE NOT microwave safe. One of the dinner plates recently cracked while in our microwave (see the photos). We contacted the Pfaltzgraff/Mikasa company customer service department and requested a replacement dinner plate. The response was disappointing because we were told that another plate would not be provided; instead we could purchase another plate at 30% off. The company failed to provide satisfactory customer service and, as a result, we are without a full set of dishes and will never purchase a product from this company in the future.

Very happy with these, I ordered a 2d set. The colour is a neutral beige-grey. The small plates are really small, though. Only for bread and butter or little appys. Not large enough for salads. Very good quality.

Good quality. Heavy. Bit too shiny and the speckles do actually make you think you have to rewash them but then realize it's just the design. Will take a while to get used to the aesthetics
