This review is for a corded USB-A QR code scanner. It's simple and inexpensive and works great. I emailed support to get the online manual for the programming codes and got an immediate and courteous response that had the download link and attached pdf for the manual. :)

Works for scanning barcode and QR. Excactly what I needed and accurate. Lightweight and easy to use

I have had my scanner for almost a year and it has helped me so much. From renaming hundreds of PDFs (used to take me hours!) to inventorying our warehouse before we updated our systems. This little guys has saved me so much time! With our updated systems I no longer have to update the PDFs so I thought that this little guys was no longer going to be of use. My team realized that we could use it to dispatch our drivers quickly and efficiently. But I found I could not for one simple reason... Their customer service team had helped me create a special code to allow me to scan the pdf by removing the last letter in the barcode and hit enter for me so all I had to do was scan and go! That was so helpful at the time I thought I would cry! That was almost a year ago. Now that I no longer need to do that, I needed to change my scanner back to factory settings BUT.... I lost the manual... So I reached out to their team again to see if I could get a copy. Their team quickly responded and sent it right to me!!!!!!! I am so thankful for their customer service team!! Quick and responsive! They help me with whatever I need!

Does not scan my computer screen. It takes a while to actually scan papers too. I have to attempt to scan the paper multiple times and most importantly, the reason I bought this in the first place, it won’t scan my computer screen.

Make sure it’s compatible with your POS system before buying. It does work, but it would not integrate with my system.

This barcode scanner was so easy to use with my Windows11 PC at home as well as at work. The scanner comes with a handy little booklet that allows you to change all kinds of settings. The only setting I needed to change was to make it silent so I can use it at work without disturbing anybody around me. I just scanned the code in the booklet, and the sound was muted. I reached out to the vendor to ask for an electronic copy of the booklet (knowing full well that I am going to misplace the booklet at some point). I was floored by the fact that I received the booklet in pdf format within 30 minutes. Unmatched customer service (thanks Wendy!). 5 stars for the product and 6 stars for the customer service.

This barcode scanner works great right out of the box. Just plug in and use. It saves alot of time if you have to enter product codes for software as an exqmple. Many other uses.
