Q: Is there an installation video I can watch?

No but it is pretty self-explanatory. The only thing that is weird and that is the strap with Velcro...have no idea what that is all about! Don’t use it in the car. The 2nd headrest I use on the top of my bed pillows when watching tv and wrap that strap around the brass headbosrd to keep it in place🙃

I doubt it unless your office chair already has a headrest.
