Q: Will this work on expanted polystyrene? (Styrofoam)

UHU says that this glue is suitable for polystyrene, but not styrofoam on their website. They have technical data sheets for all their glues there ! https://www.uhu.com/content/dam/boltonadhesives/products/import/57/en/4936/50.pdf

Q: What is the shelf life if the tube is not opened?

I do not keep track of every tube, but I had some several years (5 +) unopened and had not problem. After they are opened and re-sealed good, I had several in that condition as well and were still good.

Q: I need to bond styrofoam (expanted polystyrene) to pvc. will this glue work?

Yes, it will. I used it for styrofoam to stucco. Worked great.
