Q: How does the versa 3 gps work if it needs a network connection? if you're running and there is obviously no network connection does the gps work?

The GPS automatic connects But it takes about a minute So far I love the watch all the negativity is Not warranted just take the time to learn how to use this watch I love it

Q: Does it sync with an iphone?

It syncs with the IPhone with the Fitbit app and you can receive notifications, however you can’t respond to notifications which is very frustrating!! Will be upgrading to an Apple Watch and returning this. For the price I should be able to use all of these capabilities with my phone.

Q: Does it have a cell phone finder?

Yes, the Versa 3 has a "find my phone" feature. Once synced with phone, you can scroll left on fitvit until you see "find my phone" and it will find it and ping your phone to create a notification sound even if you have all of your sound volume low or off.
